Anxiety, pain, and depression are normal reactions to the physical, mental or emotional stressors of daily life. Chronic
exposure to stress disrupts the healthy movement of energy and, over time, can result in long-term health concerns.
Resilience to stress can be cultivated by nurturing a deep state of relaxation. Energy healing techniques, like Reiki and Healing Touch induce deep relaxation by addressing and releasing energetic imbalances at a core level, bringing the body into a balanced state. A balanced energy system activates the body's innate ability to heal itself, making optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health possible.
As an extensively trained and intuitive energy healing practitioner, my intention is to facilitate deep relaxation and healing by integrating Reiki and Healing Touch techniques with a calming presence. Sessions are customized to meet each clients health needs and goals and will leave you feeling relaxed, nurtured and deeply restored.
